Adeeba Nabulsi
As a leadership and team development consultant, Adeeba creates transformative experiences where horses become mirrors, reflecting authentic communication styles and leadership patterns often hidden beneath professional personas. Horses respond to genuine energy, not job titles, offering honest feedback without agenda or judgment. Through these partnerships, individuals and teams discover their strengths and engage in experiential learning that involves the whole person. Her approach is grounded in research, with her Master of Design Futures capstone at RMIT exploring equine-informed leadership and its impact on presence, trust, and authentic leadership.

A gentle giant, who is safer than most small ponies.
Has a patient temperament and a solid presence. Maalik is ideal for children, first sessions and for adults who feel nervous around horses
